Terms of Use

These Terms of Use supplement the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of joblie.li and govern the rights and obligations of employers, recruitment agencies, recruiters and applicants when using the platform. The operator of the platform is Domenig Personalmanagement GmbH, Fürst-Franz-Josefstrasse 6, FL-9490 Vaduz, Fürstentum Liechtenstein.

Part A — Terms of Use for Employers

1. Scope

These provisions apply to companies, public institutions, recruitment agencies, staffing service providers and other organisations that publish job advertisements or receive applications via joblie.li.

2. Registration and User Account

The creation of an employer account is required to use certain functions. The employer undertakes:

  • to provide complete and correct information
  • to keep access data secure
  • to report unauthorised use without delay
  • to update changes to relevant company data promptly

The Operator may refuse registrations without giving reasons.

3. Job Advertisements

Employers may only publish real and lawful job offers. Each job advertisement must:

  • contain truthful information
  • comply with statutory regulations
  • be formulated without discrimination
  • reflect the actual staffing needs

The following job advertisements are not permitted in particular:

  • with misleading information
  • for illegal activities
  • with offensive or discriminatory content
  • for snowball or pyramid schemes
  • with immoral or unlawful content

4. Responsibility for Listings

The employer is solely responsible for all published content. Domenig Personalmanagement GmbH assumes no obligation to review the completeness, correctness, currentness or lawfulness of the published job offers. However, the Operator is entitled to review, edit or remove content at any time.

5. Applicant Data

Employers may use applicant data exclusively for recruitment purposes. In particular, it is prohibited:

  • to pass applicant data on to third parties
  • to sell applicant profiles
  • to use applicant data for advertising purposes
  • to retain applicant data longer than legally permitted

The employer is responsible for compliance with the GDPR and the applicable data protection laws.

6. Misuse of the Platform

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • automated extraction of data
  • data mining
  • scraping
  • circumvention of technical protective measures
  • sending spam messages
  • mass messaging without a specific job reference

7. Paid Services

Insofar as paid services are offered, the respective published prices and product descriptions apply. By booking, the employer confirms the obligation to pay.

Listings that have already been published can generally not be cancelled retroactively if the service has already been rendered.

8. Suspension of Employer Accounts

The Operator is entitled to restrict or suspend employer accounts without prior notice if:

  • laws are violated
  • these Terms of Use are breached
  • misuse is detected
  • security risks arise

Part B — Terms of Use for Applicants

9. Use of the Platform

Applicants may use joblie.li exclusively for job searching and applying to real job offers. Use is 100% free of charge for applicants.

10. Applicant Profile

Applicants are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their information
  • the currentness of their profile
  • the lawfulness of uploaded documents

False or misleading information may lead to the suspension of the user account.

11. Application Documents

By uploading documents, the applicant confirms:

  • to hold the necessary rights
  • not to infringe any third-party rights
  • not to upload any unlawful content

Responsibility for uploaded content lies exclusively with the applicant.

12. Visibility of Profiles

Depending on the functionality of the platform, applicants can determine themselves which information is visible. By submitting an application, the applicant agrees that the relevant data is transmitted to the selected employer.

13. No Placement Guarantee

joblie.li merely provides the technical platform. There is no entitlement to:

  • job interviews
  • job offers
  • employment contracts
  • successful placements

The Operator assumes no guarantee for the success of an application.

14. Rules of Conduct

Users are prohibited in particular from:

  • distributing offensive content
  • harassing other users
  • uploading malware
  • circumventing security mechanisms
  • using false identities

Part C — Common Provisions

15. Intellectual Property

All rights to joblie.li, including software, databases, logos, designs, trademarks and content, remain with Domenig Personalmanagement GmbH or the respective rights holders.

Content may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

16. Availability

The Operator endeavours to ensure operation that is as trouble-free as possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, security measures or technical malfunctions may lead to temporary restrictions.

17. Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, any liability is excluded. The Operator performs backups regularly. Nevertheless, a complete exclusion of data loss is not possible. In particular, the Operator is not liable for:

  • content of job advertisements
  • content of applications
  • contracts concluded between users
  • data loss
  • technical failures
  • lost profit
  • successful placements

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

18. Changes to the Terms of Use

Domenig Personalmanagement GmbH may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is published at joblie.li.

19. Applicable Law

The law of the Principality of Liechtenstein applies exclusively. Mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.

20. Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of joblie.li.
